Cote House Caravan Park, a family run business, is situated in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. It is hidden in a valley and has wonderful views.

The park is near Middleton-in-Teesdale and within easy reach of the thriving market town of Barnard Castle where you will find the well-known Bowes Museum.

For those who enjoy walking there are many interesting pathways and walks. Nearby Grassholme Reservoir has been designated a Dark Sky Discovery Site.
